- The accommodation package fee includes 3 nights accommodation in an all-inclusive concept (check-in on April 24, 2025 - check-out on April 27, 2025).
- Participation in scientific programs, access to booth and exhibition areas, all printed materials, and tea and coffee served in the foyer area during the congress are included.
- Entry to all social programs (bar night, gala, etc.) held during the congress is included.

- Participants who have not made accommodation reservations at the symposium hotels through Opteamist Tourism and those who have booked accommodation at hotels other than the symposium hotel are required to purchase the external participation package.
- The external participation fee includes the facility usage fee (covering entrance between 08:00 - 18:00 and during relevant hours on social activity days), coffee breaks, and lunches, but excludes breakfast and dinner.

- The horse hall is not included in the course package and is limited to 15 participants. Theoretical training will take place at the hotel on Friday, April 25, while the practical session will be held on Saturday, April 26, at the Antalya Equestrian and Horseback Riding Sports Club.

Refunds ve Cancellations
50% of the fee will be refunded for cancellations made by February 07, 2025; no refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
